 Excellent MachineSep 08, 2008
I looked at a lot of different equipment before I decided to buy this one.
I think I made the best choice I am currently rehabbing after a bad motorcycle accident 2 years ago. I can finaly start doing lite lifting again. But this machine is great for a good tough work out if that is what you are looking for. The machine showed up very well packaged. I read alot about shipping damage but the one I got didn't have any. It went together easy the instructions are very easy to follow. I am very impressed with this machine it has some many exercises and its so quick to setup and easy to use. I think this is the perfect machine it is great.

Perhaps THE best home gym out there in the market. Highly recommended. Takes awhile to set up but dont let that discourage you. Very sleek, compact, and looks great. You'll be rockin a bowflex body in like two weeks!! =)
Bowflex workoutAug 01, 2008
My wife and I are both using our new bowflex on a regular basis. The workout is as good as I could get at any gym and we have the convience of using it at home any time of the day or night without having to travel or pay any membership dues. We are both conpletely satsified with the quality and easy use of this machine. I've already recommended the bowflex to my friends who workout.
Outstanding equipmentJul 17, 2008
I actually have the earlier model of this same equipment setup, and have been using it for over a year and a half; I have to say it is an OUTSTANDING home gym system.
Particularly as I've gotten older (60 next birthday), I've found that free weights are no longer an option yet I can still get a great and targeted workout using this equipment. Frankly, if it had been available when I was younger, I may well have opted for it even then. I'd have probably spared myself the bursitis and other issues that have developed over the years.
It's easy to use, solid in design and construction (I'm an engineer, so I know about these things), has a very small footprint (MUCH smaller than my old bench, weight bars, weights, chinning bar, etc.), and performs flawlessy, with easy adjustments for the resistance bars, seat, and pulley stations.
I have NEVER had a second thought about buying this system, and strongly recommend it.
Further, comparing the price here at Amazon to that at Bowflex's own site, this is one helluva deal, too.

Good, sturdy and well built. The bowflex will give you a good workout although expect that you will need to add additional rods eventually for the leg extensions. Overall a bit pricey, but after using it for 3 months I would still buy it if I had to do it all over again.
